Maggie had her first experience getting her face painted today. We joined our friends Avery, Asher, and Cademon at the Dallas Arboretum for a picnic lunch and "Mom and Tot" time, including Kindermusik, the aforementioned activity, and a petting zoo. Maggie was a total pro, sitting still while the artist turned her into a kitty cat! She loved it and was running around the grass saying, "Meow, meow" over and over. I think this picture turned out adorable and she is finally learning how to give real smiles...all that it takes is us turning the screen around on our camera so she can see herself (The paint did smear a bit after all the running around outdoors in our muggy weather).

Hello, kitty!
