It's up and running and I wanted to post a few pics. Our CA shipment of baby goods finally arrived yesterday--what great timing. We can't paint the walls in our place; too bad. But, I do have plans for some fun and artsy wall decor with family pictures which I'll have to post once finished. The room is *very* small (like 10x10), but functional.
The framed picture of me in the crib will hang on the wall; Aron hasn't hung it yet. This is a shot my good friend Elicia (photographer extraordinaire) took of me this summer by the lake in Dallas. My grandpa made the small wooden crib in bebe's crib (not where it will permanently be); we'll use it for books or stuffed animals. My aunt used to play with it when she was little.
Finally! I love it. Good job Suz. I love all the personal touches like the blanket from Mel, the pic of you, your grandpa's crib that he made. Nice. I know it's small but at this point, all she needs is a cozy place to sleep and it looks like she's all set!

ReplyDeleteAnd to think, just two weeks ago, all that stuff was stacked up in Ryan's old bedroom here in Mission-V. It looks a lot better there than it did here!

ReplyDeleteso cute suz! i have that same exact boppy...and lemme tell you, it will be your best friend for awhile! :) and i love, love the books on the shelf waiting for the wee one to discover the wonders there...just think, in a few months, bebe m will be throwing all of those books on the floor for you to pick up, he he he. can't wait for your girly to get here...anxiously waiting!
