wordless wednesday

In the last 8 days we have seen Maggie: pull herself up while sitting, pull herself up in her crib, stand alone for 3 seconds, walk while holding on to our hands, reach out for us instinctively, push herself slowly backward while sitting, roll from back to front, gain 1 new tooth, enter into size 4 diapers, and finally enjoy being on her tummy, even "crawling" backward a few inches! I actually predict that Mags will be walking early, around 10 months. Not sure why (I don't even know when Aron or I started to walk), but she just seems to be that kind of kid; she's super strong and all she wants to do now it be up on her feet. We shall see!

  2. Sweet Mags. I love the crib eating shot! E did some major damage to hers as well. Get some guards from Toys R Us to preserve it - not the plasticy ones, but the strip ones that have adhesive. I'm so impressed with all her developments and how much she's moving around - I agree with you that she'll probably be an early mover/walker. It will be fun to see!

  3. I cannot believe her. What a fun time for you all. It's great when they walk...although your whole world seems to go much faster when they do. :)

  5. Wow! So many changes! That's a lot to learn in eight days. Isn't it great when they find that mobility? Until you realize that now they are mobile and that's just scary!

  6. Cute pics. :) Angelina developed a lot like Maggie is. :) I can't really compare Zoe to Angelina because she was a preemie, and isn't really 9 months old. :) She is more like 6.5 months old. We thought Angelina would walk at 9-10 months old, but actually surprised us and walked at 12 months and a week. :) Guess we just never know. It's the beauty of parenthood... the unexpected and unpredictable. :)

  7. She is a genius! She totally skipped the crawling. She's like..."Crawling is for babies, dude!". Let me know when she says "nose". teehee
Do you think the helmet may have something to do with the comfort she has now lying on her tummy? Very interesting.
Aron says our movie star we almost saw is still downtown! Have you made any crazy treks to the sea of trailers to catch a glimpse of him? ;)

  10. Maggie, you are so b.e.a.u.t.i....fuuuullll!!!! I am really speechless when I see Mags so filled with wonder and excitement in her eyes...so ready to get OUT into the world. It will be fun to influence our Grandaughter. Aron and Suzanne, we know you are awesome parents for the Magster. We enjoyed having you, Suzanne, and Mags in Florida. It was way too brief, but we are grateful for the time you two were here. We look forward to seeing you at Christmas. Mom can't wait to see you again at the anniversary party. Love you all very much!!
